Element-Body Map
Wood (木) — Liver, gallbladder, eyes, tendons, nerves- Excess Wood: Anger, headaches, eye strain, muscle tension
- Weak Wood: Fatigue, poor vision, indecision, joint stiffness
- Excess Fire: Insomnia, anxiety, high blood pressure, skin rashes
- Weak Fire: Cold hands/feet, poor circulation, lethargy, depression
- Excess Earth: Weight gain, sluggish digestion, worry, overthinking
- Weak Earth: Poor appetite, weak digestion, fatigue after eating
- Excess Metal: Asthma, skin problems, grief, rigidity
- Weak Metal: Weak immunity, frequent colds, low vitality

What to Do About Imbalances
